What we do
Our clearances are undertaken by our experienced team, headed up by Edward Watson, Edward and the team can undertake to remove as much as you require including complete clearance of personal possessions, furniture, cupboard contents, lofts, carpets, sheds, garages & other outbuildings. We regularly carry out clearance work for distance clients and we are happy to liaise with your estate agent or solicitor to gain access to the property.
Reduce, reuse, recycle!
At the centre of all our work is the focus on complete recycling, as licensed waste carriers we have access to Kent’s network or waste transfer stations who boast a 95% recycling rate. Waste is sorted from source with items processed back into manufacturing and to energy production.
The original form of recycling is resale! And this is where our auction service comes in. All saleable items from your house clearance are offered for sale via our fortnightly auctions. Proceeds of the auction sale are payable to you following the relevant sale. All auctions are hosted online and can be followed start to finish.
Whether you are a private customer or representing a client, we offer a free, no-obligation initial assessment either by phone or by appointment at the property. An initial visit is free, we can outline saleable items and provide a collective estimate of contents value. We will then provide a fixed price for complete house clearance. The cost of the clearance is deducted from the auction sale proceeds and a complete itemised statemented provided.
